Okay, now say that I had a topic I didn't update anymore, but I still wnat people to be able to read it, though I want the link out of the topics block.

The problem is, the only way I know of getting something out of the topics block is to delete it. Any way to do this?

I gather then, you were going to provide some manual link to this topic since the users need to be able to find the topic.

Even so .. there is no way currently I can think of to hide a topic but still allow access. Permissions are such that if you remove access for a group of users then it will not show in the topic block but it also will not be accessible.

Not atleast without coding changes.
