Edit not working

For some reason when I edit an article/story it isn't working. I basically have to create a new article with the changes and delete the bad article. Has anyone experienced this?

Ok sorry, ver 1.3.10 sr latest which ever that is. Oh and I'm getting this error which I've seen before but don't remember what caused it. Maybe it's with the theme.

And there is an image on the story I'm editing. Other stories are updating ok.
