Hello all!
I have used geeklog in the past, infact many, many, years ago but unfortunately it's also many years since I have had time to update my site or even had time to work on the net so please bear with me as my question is likely remedial but I need to ask none the less.
When un-taring Geeklog it obviously un-tars in an existing directory structure now what I would like to know is if it should also be uploaded in the exact same structure (with some directories/files) before or outside the Public_html directory, basically I am asking if it should be uploaded with the directory structure intact/as is after un-taring.
Thanks in advance
Richard

Yes.
You can separate the public_html from the rest, if you want, but other than that, the directory structure should stay as it is.
The installation instructions contain a section about this.
bye, Dirk
