downloading failed

I want to upgrade 1.3.9 to 1.3.11 and I thought: "I will try it." At opening the tar.file at downloading I got an error - so it failed. What can be the reason ?

... and the error message was ...?

What I do see in our error.log on occassion is that it fails to update the download history. Not sure why that happens, but since it is rare, I'd suggest you simply try again.

How big is the file? And have you tried some other application, e.g. WinRAR?

Yes, I want to know how big the file is that you downloaded so that I can get an idea if the file is corrupted or not.

And would you be so kind to try another program just this one time?

As the documentation points out, various versions of WinZip have caused all sorts of problems at one point or another, so it's always a good idea to try it with some other application if you're having problems.

I get the same message when I try to open downloaded WinZip files of Geeklog Themes. What other compresseors can be used to open these files and is there any other way of sorting the problem?
