Hi, I dl'd geeklog a few days ago, and have beeen trying to get it to install.
I'm running a test server
XP
Apache 2
mySQL 4.1.9-nt via TCP/IP
PHP 5.0.3
I started with globals Off, and need to If posible keep them on, as my coding skills are not that great, any one know how to do that?
Also
I get this error,
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in Crogram FilesApache GroupApache2systemdatabasesmysql.class.php on line 112
when I submit the form on step one.
I have been trying to SQL working with PHP scripts for the past month, but seem to run in to problems every time a script calls a mysql_ or mysqli_ function/method. I have tryed going back to php 4.1x but still run if to this problem. Is this a problem with geeklog and the php/SQL combo im using or a setting thing?

It's a problem with your setup, not with Geeklog. Your PHP install is missing the support for MySQL.
I'm not familiar with Windows - you may need a DLL or a complete PHP install that includes MySQL support.
bye, Dirk
