Passing arguments to a phpblock_ function

Hi,
I needed to pass some arguments into a phpblock_ function, so I made the changes shown here.
that works pretty well. What I needed was to be able to control items a function displayed - without giving moderators/editors direct access to lib-custom.
What I now need to do is disable the actual links to the help pages - it looks kind of stupid when people click on something that's just a list of arguments.
Any one know how to stop the help link showing.
