Is Geeklog right for me?

I am designing a portal for an animal welfare charity. Basically they need a forum, updates to news and contact details as well as articles on pet care etc...
It would be really good if I could get a system that allows the content managers to email in their submissions to the site automatically and take theat side of the site maintenance out of my job (this is a charity and free on my part - but I don't want to spend too much time as admin.)
Is this feature availble as part of Geeklog? If not, what CMS would you recommend?
Thanks!

You can set them up in a group with the permission to post stories I believe. They can also just 'Contribute' or 'Submit News' even as anonymous users and then you can just approve them in the admin if they don't feel like registering. Geeklog uses it's own forum. phpbb2 has had security issues lately so I'd rather use Geeklog's own forum. I think Geeklog is perfect for your needs. If you want phpbb you can do so with phpbbbridge which had a new release a few days ago I believe.
