anyone got any ideas?
( i got a successfull installation notice, then within 1/2 a second got a message that my site was down!)

you can start by disabling that plugin.. do it from the database. then you site should come back.
as for the error, the select statement in question is missing the FROM table. you'll have to seek that out in your plugin code.

i appreciate the response
i tried to clone staticpages into 'venue pages' - but all i did was copy all the directories in the correct places, then i replaced
sp_ with vp_
staticpage with venuepage
Static Page with Venue Page
static with venue
then uploaded all the directories in the appropriate places, ran the install script from the admin panel, got the confirmation that it was successfull but 1 second later site was down due to the syntax error
i had to use a gl backup from just before i uploaded those files
anyone interested in makeing a clone of static pages for me, ill pay you
i need one named 'Venue Pages' with the directory named 'venue' and another one named 'Mailer Pages' with the directory named emailer'
