Have 1 question.. I have hide "home" topic then i insert new topic called "news" so how i put that as when i go to my site url "www.explain.com" that the news topic will show up on first? sory for my english , if you guys dont understand what i mean plz ask then i try to explain again

I think you're asking about how to sort the topics in the topics block.
You have two options there: You can sort them alphabetically (by topic name) or by a number that you enter when you create/edit the topic (the "sortorder" field). To quote from config.php:

// have this sort alphabetically by changing the value to 'alpha' (default is
// by 'sortnum'
$_CONF['sortmethod'] = 'sortnum'; // or 'alpha'

I have try that all ready m8s

you could try some type of mod_rewrite rule or redirect rule (not sure how to write them though) to redirect users from http://yoursite.com/index.php to http://yoursite.com/index.php?topic=news.
