I'm setting up a new Win 2003 server to host a geeklog 1.3.11 site. The plugins I want to run are:
Forum
Project
File Manager
Has anyone run PHP 5.0.3 with these plugins and geeklog sucessfully? or can recommend the preferred version to run. Also the same for MySql versions.

You should be fine. Geeklog itself has been pretty thouroughly tested with PHP 5. Any MySQL version greater than 3.23 is pretty good, I think the recommended production version is now something like 4.1.

To make that clear: 4.1 is the version recommended by MySQL AB, the makers of MySQL.
For Geeklog, anything in the 3.23.5x range (or later) is just fine. Older versions will also work, but may have security issues.
