Banner (jpg) - Auto Size

I don't know if you can do this with geeklog, but I've got a jpg that extends the length of the header in my geeklog page. In a windows application like Microsoft Picture Manager, when it auto sizes the jpg to fit the appropriate size window. Is there a command or something in geeklog that will allow this?

The width and height attributes for the IMG tag allow the use of percentages:
