put an image in a static page

hi, recently i find geeklog and i try it but i have a problem i can't put an image in a static page, i read the functions and i dont found a function that resolv my problem, please somebody help me thanks Banging your head Doh! - that was a mistake Giving it a try

putting an img tag into your code for any staticpage is allowed--just make sure the image is on your server.

for multiple pages--make multiple staticpages and make sure the page nav that you put into the code links to those pages.

basic HTML, no charge

thnaks i know html but in GEEKLOG i dont my static page is in php and i have to use the geeklog sintaxis.......that is my porblme i dont know the geeklog sintaxis thanks anyway

There's no difference. Just write your PHP code such that it emits the IMG tag.

can i get the code to put an image in a php file that I write myself and the page can be seen in geeklog? I tried to did that and i can't please help Banging your head

Have you ever written any PHP code before? Because it works just the same when you put your code in a static page.

And it would really help if you'd explain in more detail what you were trying to do. And use the forum's CODE button when posting code snippets.

yeah i wrote a php file before, look waht i'm tryng to do is:
i made a block in geeklock, the block have X choices, i linked every choice to a static page, i read the info to see that static page in the center of the geeklog pagei hvae to use the tipical sintaxis $display = COM_siteHeader();
and $display .= COM_siteFooter(); but i want to do is to put an image in the page but i cant, do you understand me i hope that you will
