I've set my common_lib.....or is it config.php......to default to a custom theme but for visitors to my site the old custom theme still propagates. How do I get the theme I want to propagate to.....propagate for unregistered visitors?

It doesn't seem to stick, I can see that it is set to this theme but the old theme propagates instead.

see: www.indiemediamagazine.com

That is the theme that seems to be sticking, not the new one.

perhaps your users have their preferences set to the old theme...
or perhaps they need to delete their cookies...
or perhaps you need to double check what file you edited Shocked just kidding.
it's the config.php, btw.

I'm double checking by deleting my cookies and loading the website and also checked at work on a co-workers machine and it propagates the old theme.

change $_CONF['allow_user_themes'] = 1; to $_CONF['allow_user_themes'] = 0; in config.php

this will only affect members, not anonymous users.

I figgered it out but forgot to post back here to disregard. Silly me. I was editing the wrong config.php.....yes, I have several and didn't clean up the mess when setting the site up last August.

Thanks all!
