i just installed geeklog through the site that hosts me. i go to post news for the site..and i get this...

File Upload Errors
Specified upload directory, /home/beerandp/public_html/images/articles exists but is not writable

i'm gettin frustrated.

Have you tried to ftp to your server and set the rights to 777?

The error means that your webserver can't write to that dir.
Either chown the dir to the webserver user or chmod the dir 777
