I installed geeklog but the admin password wont work neither will the mod. I read though the forums an tryed
b322d73c75e83abb1eafa3b5679afd03 to reset the password but it didnt work what can I do ? do i just need to redo the install?

If you really read all posts on "can't login" issues please check in php.ini whether safe_mode is off. If it's on this could be the issue.

Login problems are covered in the FAQ: I can't log in.

OK I set $_CONF['cookiedomain'] I took care of the wite spaces ai lowerd my sec levil. I even reinstalled my datta base. It will alow me to make a user name but I cant get in my Admin or Mod. I have never had a eirler ver of geeklog. an this is the first time trying to get thish thing going for me. An Ty for helping but eveery thing I have read on these bords aint helping

I was able to log in just fine (registered as "dhaun"). I also saw a user "Tigger" online. What was your problem again?

The only thing you should fix is the extra slash in $_CONF['site_url'| - that url should NOT end in a slash.

Since you don't seem to have any whitespace problems, I'd suggest you drop the database, create a new one and run the install script again. Then try to log in as the Admin again.

That was me you seen onlin an i see you there as well yes there is no problem making a name like yours or tigger an getting in but I can not log in as admin or mod

ok I got rid of the extra "/ " but the admin I still can not log into an every thing is wright.

It would seem I have it all working ok now thanks a bunch
