Very odd. I've added several poll questions good for the homepage and anonymous users, but the "checkbox" and submit buttons have disappeared. There's one answer to each, and I've updated the text for each.

After this happened, I added a new test post and gave one answer for it--and the same thing happened.

GL 1.3.11. Double-checked config.php for pollsloginrequired, it's fine, it happens both when "anonymous" and when in my admin login. The poll admin page's permissions area looks good.

Anyone seen this before, or know of a fix? Thanks for all help--

Duh...thank you, Dirk, that makes it completely clear. Sorry to still be such a rookie at so much of GL...

This may lead me to my first GL hack.

I'm checking the pollboth code & will be looking at functions it calls...I may develop code to display something like "It looks like you already voted on this poll, if this isn't correct please email admin", with "email admin" being a link to do so.

If I succeed, I'll make it controlled by config.php, so it'll be an admin's choice to display this or not, and submit this as a possible revision to GL. If this is something the GL developers/senior-users community don't like, I'll don my asbestos suit (if needed) & cheerfully accept having this change declined.
