Hi,

I'm using GL 1.3.11 and the Filemanagement plugin and was wondering how I can get the most recent downloads to display in the "What's New Block"? I was reading throught the custom COM_whatsnewblock code provided by the plugin and it looks significantly different than that in this version of Geeklog.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. When I tried to copy the code, it failed horribly with a white screen.

the what's new feature is provided for by the file management plugin. What code are you copying and why?

to enable the feature, use the filemanagement admin panel.

I'm using Version 1.2, and there is no option for that in the "File Management Administration" area, unless I'm missing something.

Yeah, me to. Filemanagement v1.2 and there is no option in the admin panel for the plugin.

Figured it out. Go to http://www.portalparts.com and get the 1.3RC3 version of the plugin.

I have 1.3rc3 of the filemgmt plugin installed on GL1.3.11 and have the option for Whats New to be on but there is nothing showing in the whats new block, not even a heading for Files. What am I missing here?
