I don't know if this is possible, but does anyone know of a way to show the user's photo, email and website when they comment? That way instead of being directed to the bio page, one could have all the basic info right underneath the comment.

The user's photo is available through the {author_photo} variable. The homepage isn't, though (but that would be easy to implement).

You shouldn't display a user's email address. But a link to the user's contact form can easily be added with the available information.
