Tokyoahead.com released today the new verison of this block. It shows a random picture from your stories, with a long list of in & exluding options

Features & Options:

Link picture to story (or not)
Show story-title (or not)
Set a max width to fit into bar (or get real dimenstion)
Set a max height (or get real dimenstion)
Show pictures only from one story (user-rights INsensitive)
Show always only pictures that anonymous could see
Limit to certain Topics (user-rights sensitive)
Exclude a list of topics
Limit to certain Stories (user-rights sensitive)
Exclude a list of stories
Debug (show hints why results are empty)
