header.thtml does not exist??? (but it does!)

I keep getting the error message telling me the header.thtml file does not exist. It does exist, the paths are all fine. Other themes work fine.

Anyone have this problem?

Check the permissions on the theme's directories. I've seen some theme packages with rather odd permissions ...
