Is SpamX case sensitive? Can you just add one word and it will delete all of the variations?
Example: I've added the word Viagra to our Blacklist, but will different variations be blocked by SpamX, such as viaGRA, ViAgRa, VIAgra etc.
Also, what about v*i*a*g*r*a or v_i_a_g_r_a or v i a g r a ?

It's using regular expressions, which can be case-sensitive if you want. The MTBlacklist already includes some nice regular expressions to catch most variations of those popular drugs.
