Geeklog Forums

I am a newbie at this but I have a php forum on another site that hass rss feed. I want to feed it into a block on mygeeklog.
I found something the author..now traveling the world apparently..had put in his forum about the feed. It looks like this would be the correct code
If I paste it in I get an error..I tried several variations but still error.
How should this be listed in my rss url space?
