Hi i have a website about alternative medicine altermedicine.org and if i type altermedicine in google it is listed in first place, but if i type alternative medicine it is not listed anywhere

what to do

words alternative are written in description of my website

so why keywords alternative medicine is not listed among the search results in google

I'm afraid that there are over a zillion sites indexed by Google about alternative medicines, so it's hard (or almost impossible) to get a top ranking.

Quite sure your question isn't related to Geeklog, but anyway, you may want to read about searchnig phrases with google here and how their ranking system works here.
