filemgmt Plugin Error

Not too sure why I am getting this error after installing the filemgmt plugin:
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect.
File is in wrong directory in
/home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/plugins/filemgmt
/config.php on line 14
And this is what is on line 14 of the config file:
include ("filemgmt.php");
Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance
