I would like to remove the What's Related and Story Options from the end of my articles (some themes have them in the right column). In their place, I would like to use the email_icon and print_icon.
I haven't been able to locate any flags to easily disable them... I even tried commenting out the blockheader-related and blockfooter-related templates.
Right now the email_icon and print_icon do show up on the home page, but not on the story page. How do I change that?
Also, I would like to use camera_icon which per the docs is supposed to link to the story author's profile. That doesn't appear to be showing up at all.

Okay I figured out the What's Related and Story Options, there was another template file (article.thtml) that I just needed to edit. Now to figure out those icons...
And I re-read the docs about the camera_icon; it only works if you're logged in and the author has a picture uploaded. I guess it would be easy enough to use that icon image and create my own link in the story template... and I suppose I can apply that same logic to the print and email icons, so I guess there isn't anything left to figure out.
