Max_Questions Exceeded Error

From what I have been able to find, this is an issue with the db and the limits imposed by my web host. But, it seems this would be more prevelant with all the GeekLog users out there. I don't have a particularily popular site yet, I average only around 600 unique visitors every month.

The error seems to only hit on gl_plugins. Here's the complete error:

I spoke with a tech and his suggestions were to spread out the queries between several users or switch to dedicated hosting. I just can't imagine that my little site would require dedicated hosting. Is there anything I can do to make this better? I got them to increase to max_questions limit to 80000, but it will go back to 50000 in 24 hours. Do I need to find another host? If so, is there a comparable host to IPowerweb that does not have these restrictions?
