A site I made for a Japanese client went live last week. You can check it out at www.toyokoroedu.com. It is the website for the Board of Education of a small town in Japan. Since their content isn't going to change a lot it makes use of a lot of static pages. There are still things to be added, but the basic layout and main content is all up.
Any comments would be appreciated. If your browser can't read Japanese it will look funny. They wanted a simple, clean design that was easy to navigate, so I tried my best to get what they wanted. Because this site isn't really a community there are only two blocks, the menu and upcoming events. My client wanted something with an event calendar that they could update easily without knowing any HTML and GeekLog fit their needs perfectly. So far they are happy with it. They do want a photo gallery so my next task is to integrate Gallery into the site.
