Moved public directory, images not behaving

images x-ed out. examining source code in my browser, it seems that it is referring to old directory though rest of code reflects new stuff
I thought it was working on another computer last night.

Unfortunately, the URL to the images is stored in the story. If it's only a few stories, try editing and saving them again (without changing anything). Otherwise, you'll have to modify the stories in the database directly.
And, yes, this is listed as a bug ...

Thanks. Thankfully this is more of a hobby site though I have generated over $5 in ad rev's in past 3 weeks.
I never deleted the original public part but renamed that folder and left the other stuff in there. So after screwing up config.php a few times I got it working again.
If I create another folder with the original path name and move the old folder to that location I may be able to get those pix back.
