Custom code in GL

This forum is only showing 5 posts. In GeekLog 2 or GeekLog 1.X series, can we get more hooks so that updates do not case major upgrade headaches for custom code.

Like have api hooks when editing or saving stories in story.php. I have custom functions that modify the html. Currently, I have a

/geeklog/system/lib-admin.php

which contains my custom code.

Then I include it in story.php

I don't know what custom code you are referring to. Have a look at your personal formum preferences. Defaults are set using the forum site preferences admin->forum->settings
