help with error message please

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/spywar3/public_html/lib-common.php on line 4691 I am getting this error message after I installed geeklog and copied the old files from my old installation and pasted them into my new installation.... same exact version of Geeklog I was only moving the directories... any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated....
here is what line 4691 looks like...

looks like the file is corrupt.
Try replacing the file with a fresh copy.
Line 4691 should read:

ok.. go that fixed... now i am getting "Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'spywar3_gklg1@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/spywar3/public_html/system/databases/mysql.class.php on line 112
Cannnot connect to DB server" when that is the correct login name and i checked the config.php file and it has the correct login name and the correct password... is there anywhere where this information is called from?
