phpBB2 installation problem...

I just did a clean install of geeklog 1.3.11 and I'm having a problem installing phpbb2 bridge 1.0rc1. this is the error message I get:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare com_getblocktemplate() in c:htdocspublic_htmllib-common.php on line 395

Does anybody know what's wrong? thanks for your help.
