CSS problem, paths?

Okay this should be simple. This is my first gl install that wasn't done by an automatic installer from a hosting service. Got this far: http://www.chriskofer.com/straffordtrack/public_html/
Now I'm not getting any styles applied. Looking at the source code in the browse it seems to be looking for the styles in the root in http://www.chriskofer.com/straffordtrack/ (without the public_html).
I'm probably overlooking something dumb. I've got the paths to the config.php and public_html correct I believe.
I think I should know the answer but don't.
