I've started the upgrade process and received an error concerning the forum directory not being in the plugins path. Fixed that.
I then received the following after the second step, where you select your database version.
1060: Duplicate column name 'lft'
I have tried to restore the database from my backup, but when I do I get the following error:
ERROR 1050 at line 11: Table 'gl_access' already exists

Fixed. I dropped the database and restored it.
Everything seems to work except the Publish an article. I have yet to research it but this is what I get.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: com_undoclickablelinks() in /var/www/html/geek/admin/story.php on line 469
Also, the upgrade wiped out the plugins for the Forum, Weather, and Stats. I had them backedup so, no biggie, just copied them back into /admin/plugins/
Thanks for the help.

Sounds like you're using an old lib-common.php ...
bye, Dirk
