Geeklog Forums

I was assuming that once I installed my own geeklog site, that the forums would be integrated just like with the main site here. I really like how it's set up, with using phpbb and the latest forum posts on the front page.

Can someone hold my hand through this process of setting up a forum system on my site? I want it to be damn near similar to the system used here on geeklog.net.

It's a plugin and you can get it from the author's homepage.
