unchecked admins only

I accidentally unchecked the "admins only" block with in the block "menu". When I go to check it again I can't see it so now I'm stuck. Is there a place in the code to enable it or is there another way. Thanks - affero

I fixed it. I just added admin/block.php after my url and it came right back
