On multiple day events the Start and End Time will not work the way I need it to. We will be adding this information to the event description. How do I remove these fields if it possible.
Geeklog and all the plugins we have used are GREAT and thanks for the help in advance.

Off the top of my head:
1. Remove the start end hour/minute/am pm tags from the /{path_to_glsite}/layout/{sometheme}/admin/event/eventeditor.thtml (the template file for event admins) and look around for the non-event admin form.*
2. Set the event to all day.
This should use whatever defaults the db has for the time fields in the database. But they won't show up on the calendar since you have set it as all day.
* {} indicating site specific parameters.
