New Admin info won't save

Currently using Geeklog1.3.11 - -----

I have been trying to change my admin login information and whenever I click on "save" to record it to my database, I get this message

Make sure you have the PEAR packages installed correctly. I.e. if you have $_CONF['have_pear'] = false; in your config.php, try setting it to = true (or vice versa).
