Site Down: Upgrade to latest ver. problem

Yipes!

Upgrading to the latest version and after all is done I get:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/kenosha/public_html/lib-common.php on line 6104

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: plg_templatesetvars() in /home2/kenosha/public_html/lib-common.php on line 963

Line is:
PLG_templateSetVars( 'header', $header );


nothing else. Since this is different dfrom 1.3.9 I am not sure where to go with this. Any clues???

Looks like you haven't updated your lib-plugins.php (that would explain both errors).

As always, make sure you're really updating all the files!
