I like your theme, it looks very professional. Didn't find any trouble spots on the site. Overall, looks good.

A couple of comments from the peanut gallery:

1) In your title, the text is jaggy and 'Nurse' needs to be plural.

2) I find the dark bar behind the date detracts from the page by competing visually with the image in the upper-right.

I especially like the 'E.R.' logo and the concept of the site - a worthy endeavour!
