Forum installation instructions update

I think these install directions would be a little more helpful for the Forum plugin than what's currently there.
1.0 Uncompress archive
a. Either uncompress the archive directly into /plugins
OR
Uncompress the archive onto your local hard drive and upload (via FTP) the entire /forum directory into /plugins.
b. The entire contents of the archive should now be uncompressed in /plugins/forum
1.1 Navigate to / and make directory /forum
1.2 Copy contents (files and directories) from /plugins/forum/public_html (or /forum/public_html) to /forum
1.3 Navigate to /admin/plugins and make directory /admin/plugins/forum.
1.4 Copy contents of /plugins/forum/admin to /admin/plugins/forum.
1.5 Copy contents of /plugins/forum/themefiles to each themefile directory in /layout. Since everyone should have the “professional” layout, e.g., you would copy into /layout/professional.
1.6 Append the contents of /plugins/forum/themefiles/additional-forum.css to each themefile directory’s style.css (e.g., /layout/professional/style.css).

ok, everyplace you see a leading "/", insert a ""
I didn't use the quotes and the text between the direction arrows got filtered out.

okay, ANYTHING between direction arrows gets filtered out... so insert "geeklog_dir or local" and pretend it has direction arrows around it....
