HI
So far setup of geeklog has been very smooth. Thanx for such a great script!

I have 1 issue and 1 question tho,

issue: I can submit artilcles no problem, but when i go in as the author and try to edit the article the edits are not saved. To make changes, i have to delete the article and reenter it. any ideas?

question: Most the articles i'm putting on my site are taken from other news sites. So i would like to be have the title of the article be a link to the actual news story. So i would like to see my on pages, the title and a the intro text, and have the title link off to the actual story. any ideas?

thanx alot
george

Which Geeklog version is that? Are you using a custom theme or is it happening with the default theme (professional, if you're on 1.3.11) as well?

with GeekLog v1.3.11

i have shared hosting with php at version 4.3.10
and mysql is at 4.0.24-standard
apache version 1.3.33 (Unix) running on linux at kernel 2.4.25

Chances are that the theme hasn't been updated for 1.3.11. That's why I asked you if it works with the theme that ships with Geeklog ...
