Not to search seems to be the answer...

It's not working on my site, so I thought I'd come here and do a search for "search"

but this strange thing happened...

The search engine didn't work here either...

Any ideas?

The problem is likely that the term "search" returns too many results, and thus hits the maximum execution timeout in php. Try using advanced search to narrow your search, or else search on a more specific term. I.e. while "search" doesn't work "search again" does.

There really isn't too much that can be done about this as Geeklog does actually searches the database (rather than an index) to get results.
