I'm sure the forum's documentation has a section on how to uninstall it ...

But when you do that, you will lose all your forum posts. AFAIK, there's no converter from the forum plugin to phpBB.

Hmm, okay. The generic way to uninstall a plugin is this:
  • Go to the "Plugins" admin panel, click on the plugin's name, click on "Delete"
  • only then remove all the plugin's files

You must be on an older version of Geeklog then, where you had to click on the plugin's number.

bye, Dirk

The phpBBBridge DOES import the Geeklog forum verry well! So please first install the bridge, do the import step and than kill the gl forum.

My site alignment is ruined after i installed new forum, the main site is not full screen in 1024 resolution but even bigger and the listing of topic shrinked to the left.

Why doesnt the forum block shrink itself.

Well, you could remove the left blocks from the plugin's config.php file. Or, you could modify the theme to shrink the width it uses. I'm sure there are some skinny phpBB themes you could download, too, from phpbb.com.
