GUS plugin problem

when i want to install the GUS i press the install button and i get the blank screen and nothing happens

in my error log this is inside

Sun Jun 5 19:35:06 2005 - Attempting to install the gus plugin
Mon Jun 6 10:55:12 2005 - Attempting to install the gus plugin
Mon Jun 6 10:55:24 2005 - Attempting to install the gus plugin


does anybody know what is going on
