Forum Plugin - My first time installing

Hello, I'm trying to install the Forum plugin. This is my first plugin. I clicked
"Install" in the plugin menu and had this error.

Looks like you missed a step in the installation instructions (the one that told you to copy the lib-portalparts.php).
