I just need a check on this.

What I did was gave a user story edit permission. When I logged in as that user I AM able to upload images but only edit MY stories and nobody elses.

Am I correct with this?

An added element is Group Edit needs to be unchecked by default.

Now if I can just figure out how to make the group edit unchecked by default.

Nevermind I think it is off by default. So as long as the Group Edit for the story is not checked. Then normal user (with Story Admin permission) can't edit stories that are not his but he has the same story submit as admin. I think a little note to make users aware not to enable that would work for me and I'll add that to my template.

And I don't have to give everyone Story Admin premission.
