PHPBBbridge Breaks With New Styles

I apologize if this has been brought up a million times, but I tried installing a new them in PHPBB using the phpbbbridge plugin and it causes problems. When I change the theme, phpBB is no longer embedded within Geeklog.
Is there something I am missing or need to do in order to get phpBB embedded in Geeklog again? Or is subSilver the only theme that can be used?
Any help is appreciated.

More specifically: read section 6 of the readme.html, titled 'phpbb Themes', that is included with the phpbbbridge package.
