Is there a way to convert a database to INNO database.

I set up a test site, with INNO, and discovered that I can run the standard Geeklog backup, as oppsed to using the PHP Backup plugin.

You can still use the same backup procedures, but technically not everthing might be backed up. Innodb requires the database to be stopped to get correct state backup.
