Which file is it in?
This is the page which has the text:

Creating a user account will give you all the benefits of Geeklog Site membership and it will allow you to post comments and submit items as yourself. If you don't have an account, you will only be able to post anonymously. Please note that your email address will never be publicly displayed on this site.

I want to alter the words so instead of GEEKLOG site it has the name of my site!

Also want to alter "REGISTER WITH GEEKLOG" title thats on this page

You'll find that text in language/english.php in the $LANG04 array, index 23. Note that it already uses (in 1.3.11 at least) $_CONF['site_name'] (located in config.php).
