My Geeklog installation (fresh) is running a bit slow, page load times are anywhere from 2.33 seconds to 2.65 seconds. My server is Windows 2003 Server, Apache 2.0.52 with PHP 5.0.3. What might I be able to do to speed this load time up?

Are you the only one on the server? Shared hosts can get really slow.
What's your server load?
Do you have other database applications running.
